Roles, invites, and shared access

We're building team collaboration with role-based access so multiple people in your agency can manage chatbots without sharing a single login. This is actively in development.

What Works Today

TalkBuildr is currently single-user per account. Agencies can still manage multiple client chatbots effectively:

  • Create separate chatbots for each client from one dashboard
  • Use naming conventions (e.g., "ClientName - Support Bot") to stay organized
  • Domain restrictions ensure each chatbot only works on the correct client site
  • Analytics are tracked per chatbot, so you can report per client
